Once logged in to your MakeWell account, you can then manage your rewards by clicking on the floating 'MakeWell Rewards' button on the bottom right hand corner of this page.
Redeem
To redeem your points, click the floating 'MakeWell Rewards' button and select 'Ways to redeem points'. This will show all coupon codes available to be used at checkout.

How do I view my MakeWell Rewards balance?
To view and manage your MakeWell Rewards balance, click on the floating 'MakeWell Rewards' button on the bottom right hand corner of this page. You need to have created a MakeWell account and be logged to access your balance.
Is the MakeWell Rewards programme free to join?
Yes, it’s completely free to join. If you sign up with creating an account on our website you’ll be automatically entered into.
How do I earn loyalty points for my purchases?
Once you’ve submitted your order logged into your account, your points will be automatically added to your account.
Is there a limit to the points I can earn?
No, there is no limit to the points you can earn.
Will my points expire?
Your loyalty points will expire 6 months after your last purchase.
Once I unlock a reward, how long do I have to use it?
Once you receive your unique discount code, you have 365 days to use it and claim your reward.
Can I use my loyalty rewards in conjunction with other discounts?
Yes, you can use your loyalty rewards with other discounts. There may be some exclusions from time to time, which will be highlighted and fully disclosed depending on the offer and discount.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, you can only earn your loyalty points on future purchases.
How do I redeem a reward?

Why did my account balance go down?
It may be that you have cancelled or returned an order with points associated. If not then please email hello@makewellnutrition.co.uk and our customer care team will be able to look into this.
I haven't received points from a recent transaction. What should I do?
If you made your purchase online or in store and your points have not been added then please contact our customer care team at hello@makewellnutrition.co.uk.
I’ve completed an activity but didn’t earn any points?
It can sometimes take a few hours for us to process your activity and provide your points. Order points can take up to 14 days to clear, this is just in case you need to return any items.
